Data trap

Ziggo Group will list on Euronext Amsterdam, not a US exchange, and has no EDGAR registrant — so the terms of this distribution will appear in a Dutch prospectus, with Liberty Global's 8-Ks as the only EDGAR trail. Liberty Global also holds 90 percent rather than all of it; Vodafone holds the other 10 percent directly, and that portion is not being distributed.

Still live.

Notes

A US-listed parent spinning a business onto a European exchange — the mirror image of the Hexagon deal already on this calendar. Liberty Global bought out Vodafone's half of VodafoneZiggo on 2026-07-31, combined it with Telenet under a new Ziggo Group holding company, and plans to distribute its 90 percent stake to shareholders alongside a 2027 Amsterdam listing, subject to a shareholder vote. The announcement date is 2026-02-18 per the 8-K and its press release, not the 2026-02-20 that circulates. The shareholders' agreement implies an outside expectation of about eighteen months from July 2026.
