Data trap
MiniMed already trades under MMED, but roughly 90 percent of it still belongs to Medtronic — the float is about a tenth of the company, so market capitalisation and index-weight figures drawn from the listed shares describe a fraction of the business. Medtronic's own results still consolidate it.
Still live.

Notes
The case the Form 10 scanner structurally cannot find: MiniMed registered on Form S-1 and went public through an IPO on 2026-03-09, so no 10-12B exists and no Form 10 ever will. Roughly 10 percent was sold; the separation this calendar is waiting on is the distribution of Medtronic's remaining ~90 percent, which has NOT been declared. The original announcement named an IPO-then-split-off path within 18 months, but the FY2026 10-K pointedly drops the word split-off, declines to commit to structure or timing, and says there is no assurance any further step occurs at all. No Schedule TO, S-4 or Form 10 has been filed. retained_stake_pct records the ~90 percent still held.
