Listed because the separation is announced, not because a spin-off is. Textron's own words, repeated unchanged in the July 10-Q, are that it 'intends to explore multiple paths to effect the planned separation of its Industrial segment, including but not limited to a sale of the Industrial businesses or a tax-free separation into a standalone, publicly traded company' — sale and spin carry equal weight, and the filing adds there can be no assurance a transaction completes at all. Nothing here should be read as a scheduled spin-off.
